CLIPPERSHIP
The Clippership module will allow an interface with
your Velocity/QOP system to offer a real-time host
integration. Clippership is a Windows-based shipping
solution that allows generation of approved labels and
electronic manifesting for every major carrier. This
integration allows your company to save money in 3 different
ways:
1. No reprogramming of your system every time a carrier
changes their format.
2. No reprogramming of your system if you decide to
switch carriers.
3. Rate shopping for the lowest shipping costs.

UPS
WORLDSHIP INTEGRATION
If you are
currently using UPS for shipping, chances are that
you will soon be using UPS Worldship software to process your
packages. Terno has developed an interface with this
product allowing a real-time exchange of data. Shipping
information from your QOP/TernoVelocity system would be sent to
the Worldship PC. Packages would be shipped on the
UPS computer where labels, tracking IDs, charges, and weights
would be generated. This information is then sent back
to your mail-order system for real-time access. Call

RATE SHOPPING
With this
software, you define ship methods that you want to rate shop
against. During the order entry and/or shipping
routines, the software calculates what the shipping charge
would be for all defined methods based upon the weight of the
package. If it finds a rate that is less costly
than the current shipping method, you have the ability to
change the ship method to the better rate. Call Terno

SHIPPING INTERFACES
We have
developed modules to interface electronically with the

Direct. These modules may include shipping label
printing, tracking number generation, and electronic file

REAL-TIME CREDIT CARD
PROCESSING<
Terno offers real-time
credit card processing for your system. You may
choose this option when processing retail store transactions
or orders that come across the phone or web. No need to
use batch processing--simply authorize the card at time of
entry and tell the customer instantly if the card was

WEB
INTEGRATION
A web integration package will allow your
mail order system to have a true on-line interface to the Web.
Customers can be given information in real time as to what is
currently in stock, receive confirmation of their order being
processed with order number information, receive email
confirmation of shipment with tracking number information, and

Thisforecasting module allows you to better
predict inventory movement, and assist in purchasing
decisions. It also allows for seasonal variances to be
plugged into your inventory items based on past experience
with similar products, proactive messages when items should be
ordered, variable tolerance levels per item, tie-ins based on

FAXING/
EMAILING FROM THE
SYSTEM
This software allows you to
fax or email from the system. This can include sending
purchase orders to vendors, order acknowledgements to
customers, etc. utilizing VsiFax

UPDATES
As always, updates for your CITY/STATE/ZIP file are
available in order to keep your system up to date with the
latest USPS Zip Code changes and additions. We can
provide this information on monthly, bi-annual, or yearly
basis.

POSTAL ADDRESS CORRECTION
This routine
requires you to print the message, "Address Correction
Requested" on your shipping label. The Postal
Service will then send you back a diskette containing all the
addresses of your mailing that were found to be undeliverable
